Welcome to Ingrid’s Tasty Treats.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders & Payment Terms
Deposits
- A deposit of 50% or more is required to confirm and reserve your order date
- Deposits are refundable if canceled 30+ days before the event, minus a $25 consultation/transaction fee
Final Payments
- The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event
- Orders totaling $100 or less must be paid in full at the time of booking
Late Payments
- Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in order cancellation
- Late payments may result in modifications or substitutions to your order
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- 30+ days before event: Deposit refunded minus $25 fee
- Within 10 days of event: Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of Ingrid’s Tasty Treats due to preparation and supply costs
All Sales Final
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, no returns or exchanges are accepted once orders are picked up or delivered.
Order Issues
- Report incorrect or missing items within 2 hours
- Report quality concerns within 24 hours
- Must include photos and description
Resolutions may include store credit, partial refund, or replacement, at our discretion.
3. Order Changes
- No last-minute changes are allowed
- All order details must be finalized prior to the final payment deadline
4. Custom Orders & Design Policy
- We do not replicate other cake artists’ work exactly
- Designs are inspired by reference images provided
- Ingrid’s Tasty Treats reserves the right to artistic license to ensure the structural and visual integrity of the final product
5. Pickup & Delivery
Once an order is picked up or delivered, Ingrid’s Tasty Treats is not responsible for damage caused by handling, transport, or storage conditions.
6. Photography Release
We reserve the right to photograph all finished products for marketing, social media, and promotional use.
7. Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Name, phone number, email
- Billing and delivery address
- Order details
Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.
How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Process and fulfill orders
